Extremely Disappointing Experience -
My recent stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing and far below even basic expectations. Despite having an email confirmation approving my change in the number of nights, the receptionist Viv refused to honor it upon arrival. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff insisted on ignoring the email confirmation entirely.
To make matters worse, the hotel demanded payment in cash and stated that using a credit card would result in an additional percentage fee. This kind of practice feels unprofessional and misleading, especially when not disclosed upfront.
What stood out the most, however, was the complete lack of respect shown by the receptionist Viv. Their attitude was dismissive, unhelpful, and at times rude—something no guest should ever have to deal with. The overall management seems equally unprofessional, as these issues reflect a broader problem rather than an isolated incident.
Guests should stay far away from this hotel. The incompetence at the reception and lack of professionalism from management make this establishment one to avoid. There are plenty of better‑run hotels that actually value their guests and honor their commitments.
The staff emailed us after we booked. Asking us if they can arrange airport pickup or tours.
I wrote back, asking for airport pick up.
Our family of 17 people. They wrote back no problem.
1 month before our travel I ask for status if they arrange for airport pick up.
No reply, 2 weeks before our travel I emailed them again. We got nothing. I wrote to them no need to them to arrange our pick up.
I booked arrange for our own airport pick up.
When were at the airport then I got there message list of time of our party for airport pick up.
You don’t send out airport pick up and telling you the pricing the day you departure.
The staff telling you, they can arrange anything but if if they cannot, they don’t let you know. You have to chasing them to get answer.
When we check out they told us cash, we told them we pay credit card first they refused.
Pay credit card 8% add on. Most of place charge 3%. Then later they later give us discount 5%.
All of us booked from Expedia, one of our sister confirm arrived 1 day late and re-booked with Expedia. They told us they never received the change.
We show them the email from the hotel manager they told us David no longer working there.
But later we heard they talking to David.
We would never recommend anyone to stay of this hotel.
Good location
Nice hotel with the usual friendly staff. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars was the extremely slippery bathroom floor. The floor in the shower area was very dangerous… lawsuit waiting to happen
