Biggest problem was that I never got the email with the access codes after checking in online. The place has no personnel on site, so I couldn't get in when it was really cold outside. Had to call customer service, where it was resolved. Within a few minutes. I could hear pretty much everything that went on in the room next door, and even when people just went up and down the stairs in front of my room, I could hear everything. The view out of the window is pretty terrible. It's basically just looking into other peoples' pretty wild back yards. Perhaps in the summer it looks a bit nicer.

The suites are run well. The location was excellent. My aparrment was facing the backyard and was very quiet. Furniture was basic, but plenty of room for everything, so quite good. In the kitchen, one stove burner did not work. The shower is too basic to be enjoyable. The bedding was terrible, with hair on pillows. Thought the quiet hours are well respected, the units are not sound proof at all - i could hear everything going on in the adjacent unit. The steep stairs without elevator were an additional let-down.

Shower was the worst. Limited kitchen supplies. Clean and comfortable. Never did get guidance on accessing the tv. An extra blanket would have been helpful. 4 flights of stairs with luggage was a challenge. Good dining options and locaiwas convenient.

Ooh the walls are not soundproofed at all! I could hear everything guy in the next room was doing. And I mean EVERYTHING! They leave earplugs by the bed and now I see why! Also the tv wasn’t great with hardly any working channels. All food otherwise.
