그루포텔 칼라 마르살 나투라 호텔

Wir hatten ein Premiumzimmer mit tollem Ausblick, leider hatten unsere Zimmernachbar auch einen „tollen“ Ausblick in unser Zimmer, die Balkonbegrenzungen sollten höher sein. Das Zimmer war sonst sehr schön, vorallem die Farbgestaltung hat überzeugt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Laubbläserarbeiten könnten zu einer anderen Zeit (nicht zur Frühstückszeit) stattfinden.

The entire hotel was very clean, including the spa/sauna, restaurant and outdoor area. Shower pressure & temperature no problems, comfy bed, and a nice balcony. I selected half board option and I'm glad I did! Both breakfast and dinner buffet were plentiful and fresh, different types of food to chose from, and every day there was something different for the main for dinner. I was so full after breakfast so I didn't really need to have lunch during my stay. There were also some nice cafes and restaurants close to the hotel, and the beach was just a stone's throw away. The beach parasol, sunbed and security box were so affordable to rent for the whole day (about £16 pp), unlike other Mediterranean beach resort. Reception, restaurant waiting staff, housekeeping staff were all friendly and kind. I'd definitely come back to this hotel again for a relaxing solo holiday :) (*One request I have for the hotel would be to have a kettle in a room, or rent a kettle at the front desk!)

Loved the spa and food choices were good. However, there were limited labels on the food so it's pot luck what you put in your mouth sometimes. Every food item needs a correct label!! Room not very well cleaned at all (surfaces with bits on, phone caked in dust, random hairs here and there, and shower had some plastic left in it) and think it's wrong that you have to pay for a safe! We locked things in our suitcase instead but it's not ideal. This hotel could be amazing if there weren't so many cost cutting shortcuts e.g. better cleanliness in the rooms, provide shampoo and pool towels for free, tissues and a bin in the room, etc. Also allow free water in the half board meal. We were told off for bringing our own water bottles in! Overall was good value for money due to the spa being included, but wouldn't have been happy if the price was higher.

La chambre était agréable et spacieuse mais le sol n'était pas impeccable à notre arrivée La douche fuyait également et nous avons eu des soucis de pression et de température d'eau durant nos douche (quasiment plus de debit et eau brulantel peut être dû au fait que tout le monde se douche dans les meme heure

The hotel is renovated, with large and clean rooms. 5 stars for daily cleaning and towel changes. The food is practically the same every day, but there's a wide selection. A big plus for the beautiful beach across from the hotel, although sunbeds are available for a fee. Unfortunately, the pools aren't heated. Overall, it was a very pleasant vacation.
