Very satisfied, bed and pillows were excellent, clean and modern hotel, helpful and smiling staff. Aircon was good but switched off a few times, not sure why. Location very good. Pool is fine, but there were no real sunbeds though you can sit in the pool. Recommended if you want modern comfort

Rigtig flinkt, rart og hjælpsomt personale. Der var pænt og rent. Nogle enkelte ting mangler, så som et strømstik på badeværelset. Men ellers et fint hotel med en god beliggenhed

Supper clean room, comfy pillows and bed, best shower in Asia, nice rooftop pool and bar, friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. Flawless stay.

Staff is always very nice

I stayed for three nights at the Cosi Hotel. While there were a few positive aspects, the overall experience was disappointing. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. I appreciated the food and beverage credit in lieu of breakfast, which was a nice option. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the security guard was friendly and welcoming, and the iced coffee in the lobby was quite good! However, communication and cleanliness were major issues. Upon check-in, I noticed the room was not clean and sent a message to the hotel, but received no response. The room had marked-up walls, a dirty shower and sink, the shower had caked on grime around the perimeter, and a bathroom shelf that was caked with toothpaste and grime. The hallway mirror was also dirty, and the chair in the main room was in such poor condition that I had to place a towel over it before using it. The floor was cracked in several areas as well. I followed up in person the next afternoon to ask why my message was not yet responded to and did not receive an explanation. I requested to see another room, but it was equally dirty so we stayed in our original room. It’s unfortunate that the hotel does not maintain its rooms, as the photos on their website are very appealing but do not reflect the reality of the property. There seem to be better options nearby for similar pricing.
