Staff were attentive, and they even folded some of our clothes on the bed whenever house keeping came in. The rooms even have an air purifier!

The hotel is beautifully decorated, the room was spacious, the bathroom was large and well laid out and the bed was very comfortable. The pool area is very clean and serene and in the morning sunscreen was laid out for guests. The staff at front desk, in dining room, and housekeeping were excellent, warm and welcoming and thinking of your every comfort. From the time we were presented a welcome drink at checkin to the drive to the airport after checkout, we felt pampered and well taken care of.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The hotel is extremely well managed with all details relating to the staff, cleanliness, food, accomodations, location, amenities, and more. We will give this hotel more than a 5 star review because it deserves that. Special thank you to our front desk rep who checked us in (she gave wonderful recommendations and please excuse us that e don't have her name!), Aunt & Hlong at the Restaurant, and last but not least the manager who was around the hotel and always chatted with the guests. We hope to come back again in the future and we hope this hotel remains one of the best in town! Thank you All who provided such excellent service!

住宿的客房非常漂亮，每天的打掃也很乾淨。房間的熱水不夠熱，洗髮精和沐浴乳使用起來不是很舒服。最大的缺點就是每天可以聽到非常大聲的飛機聲，最晚甚至到半夜都有，但這不是耳塞可以解決的事情，非常可惜。
