Rooms were crappy and layout made the tightness worse. E.g., huge toilet in a tight space made sitting very uncomfortable. On this snowy day, frontage of the hotel was icy and it wasn’t treated to melt while other establishments around had already done so.

The squeaking sound in the hotel beds (we stayed in a twin room and both were damn noisy) was so bad that I couldn't sleep at all and eventually changed the room around 7 a.m. The bed rest was made of wood which I believe the noise was from there. And I left hotel for work at 10am and came back to the hotel at 6pm. And the room was NOT cleaned even though I marked the request to clean my room. It was my worst experience over two nights and I have no idea why it's a four-star hotel.

Clean and comfortable hotel with very nice, helpful staff. The location is excellent—right next to the station, making it extremely convenient for getting around. Would definitely stay here again.
