Lovely clean place, self check in an absolute breeze. Loved the kitchen facility. Thank you for providing a recycling bin, would love to see a compost bin be added :)

Thw owners/management are truly one of a kind. They are really respectful and treated us very Nicely while we have been staying here until our place is ready to move into.

Super clean and comfortable. Easy access to I-5. All amenities include parking and great WiFi.

The ad is misleading - I reserved an "Executive Double Room, 1 King Bed" and listed under the amenities are "Full Kitchen." It is true - there is a kitchen in the house, and the house is clean, but there was no private bathroom in my Executive suite. And, in fact, there was nothing "double" about the room, for it was very small. Now, the room itself was fine. The guesthouse was lovely and clean and the location was great. The problem I have is with the ad - it is very misleading. There is a photo of the bathroom but nowhere does the ad say that the bathroom is shared. Also, I have a problem with the price. I was charged $32 for my night's stay - which was fine.... except I noticed that all my Expeda Rewards points went towards the purchase of this room (over 4,000 points!) which means my $32 room was actually $70! $30 is the max I would pay for a room without a bathroom... there is no way to justify $70 for the same room.

There were little to no amenities at this location. There was no place to hang a towel in the room. There was no TV. Very little sitting space except for the dining table. The walls are bare. There wasn't even a bedside lamp. I sent a text to the owner/ manager, but I got no reply.
