The room got really hot at night. There are fans in each room but not as effective as an air-conditioned room would be

Great location and good value and standard

A shame this motel is very old albeit they have obviously tried to upgrade it with plenty of poorly applied paint. However everything worked! , it’s a great locality and was very quiet. Large double bed very comfy. But grossly overpriced Cleanliness needs a xyzzy up eg black hairs in bathroom pretty yuk!

Nice place clean premises. The only that bathroom abit small. Pricing details and motel info should be updated or the same as agent advertised otherwise it’s a conflict for guests on arrival. Thanks to a nice manager who helped with this issue.

Couldnt fault Roselands motel for clean, no fuss accommodation. Free parking so close to town is a bonus. Staff helpful and solicitous.
