チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらう時等、メールがうまく送信できず、電話が使えないのでホテルオーナーと直接連絡が取りにくくて往生してしまった。 最終的にexpedeiaを介してのメールで連絡が取れたのでよかったが。。

This hotel was cancelled on me the day of my visit

Great central location, we had a fabulous view over the harbour and city. Apartments are well equipped but smallish, but what you expect from a central City apartment.

Although you can see all photos and it's a new hotel/apartments, it's dirty and not comfortable. The bathroom fan didn't work, the hand's soap was empty and the cover of the toilet was broken. The room had air conditioning, but we didn't have the remote control to turn on/down it. There were two cups to prepare some tea, but we preferred to use our cups because they were dirty. The bed was not bad at all, but it was inside a little "room" and you need to jump to cross it. To do the check in, a boy sent a message through hotels.com with the instructions, but at the end he said we needed to call him. We didn't have line phone, so we answer him via mail as well. Nobody answered that message and we had to ask for some in the street to call him. He was in another apartment in the same building but he didn't check the message. To sum up, there are lots of better options. The building and the room are new, but we think it's not prepared to work as a hotel.

Great location in the city, clean and well equipped.
