Overall it was a pleasing experience. Due to the TX storm we stayed all week b/c of power outage at home. I did not like the fact that we almost lost our "Guaranteed" booking b/c the hotel gives priority to those booking directly through them & gives 3rd party rooms away! So be cautiohs of that. Especially when vacancy is low. Rooms are decent & fairly comfortable. Free parking. Hot breakfast was AMAZING (bacon, eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuit & gravy, yogurt, etc).

The quality of our stay was okay but the side entrance was not locked so anyone could get in. And for some reason they charged us an additional 50 dollars

Hilton Garden Inn at Killeen was very clean, friendly staff, quite and a nice place to stay. The only problems was that their breakfast was lacking - we didn't eat there once and their onsite gym was closed the entire time of your stay.

Love it but the bed and pillows were terrible. The complimentary breakfast was bad because even do I understand there’s a pandemic, they didn’t have a hot alternative for me (I am allergic to egg). Everyday was the same breakfast. But the staff was awesome!!!!

The property was on fire when we cement to hotel to check in at 9:50 that evening. We were unable to get near the hotel, much less check in.
