We loved our stay, it’s in a great location, walking distance to all the amazing restaurants, vintage shops, bars and cafes. Beds were comfy and staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the free face mask for after a big day of walking.

너무 만족스럽습니다. 주변 역과 관광지로의 위치도 완벽하고 매일 저녁 이용했던 대욕장도 너무 만족스럽습니다. 직원 분들께서 영어를 능숙하게 잘 하시니 걱정 없이 문의하셔도 될 듯 합니다

The price is ok the amenities is really good i enjoyed their hot spring at 2nd floor and the free drinks i never tried when we were there but i saw it and it looks good to hang out there, the first day we arrived the staff is very polite and i really like her but on our 2nd day they change staff and it was a short hair girl is not really good maybe its a language barrier but i really appreciate the first receptionist she was really good and tried so hard to help us. The food for breakfast is not much an option its a typical daily breakfast nothing much the room is really tiny the typical room in japan overall i can stay there again but will.try first to.look for other options.

Great location and near by is shopping area

The room size exceeded expectation - 1 double bed and 1 single bed, can comfortably accomodate 3 people to sleep. Would have bigger space for luggages if the beddings are provided for 2 person - not that im complaining. Walking area in the room can fit one 28” luggage and side tables + mini fridge. Bathroom is adequately sized. Soundproofing is good as I can barely hear anything from hallway. Security is excellent with pin required for hotel entry after midnight. Staffs are very attentive, lots of serviced offered - onsen, choices of pillows, pajamas, daily necessities. Location wise, very near to Dotonbori but not near enough to be affected by the crowd.
