Visited 12-13th Dec 2015 for night stay.Room, Dinner, Breakfast, Services--they failed horribly. Room was horrible,with paint that was old,black markings on wall, water leakage on another wall--not painted for ages. The bathroom was worse.I was moved to another room. This was decent, and had a bath tub. Not perfect, but nicely done interiors at least. But no towels, no soap. So i called reception, who said, 'yes, we will send' but it never arrived! And no hot water in a room that had a bath tub! Next morning, they insisted that the boiler was switched on, but till my check out time, they only confirmed twice that hot water is working.though there was none! I was told that the soap will arrive after the concerned person comes in, which will happen at 9 am. I finally got soap and towels, but though I was promised on THREE counts that someone will send me a bucket of hot water, they just didn't send it till it was check out time (12:00pm) Wow! Seriously? If you aren't going to send hot water, atleast don't LIE on my face THRICE. Next morning, we were told there would be no breakfast buffet since there were only 'few' families staying in the resort.. we were told that only poori bhaji, two type of parathas and omlette was available. NO juice. We had a cold water bath. I left the hotel in frustration. (P.S. I forgot to mention--they advertised Free Wifi, which ofcourse, we were told when asked for password, that it wasn't working due to no connectivity)

Full of flies everywhere in the dining table and chairs whenever had to go for breakfast to the restaurant.They start cleaning the restaurant when its breakfast time..and so smelly everywhere.even the staffs in the canteen rarely bothered to give order on time .I used to get 1 cup of tea after 2 hours and repeat calls of 7 times.And then they sent 2 cups of tea.Also the mutton biriyani was so dangerous as the bones where all broken in small pieces luckily escaped from choking.Not happy at all ,will never recommend to anyone
