Yellowstone Hot Spring Cabins

We had the family cabin, and it really could have slept a family. It was very clean and comfortable and cozy. The instructions for getting in and taking out the trash were clear and easy. It was perfect for a base for exploring Yellowstone. Some of the information said that there was just a coffee maker, but there was a small fridge and a microwave as well. Stocked very well. A great place.

Communication with the owner was by email and explained everything very well. No problems and a very nicely furnished small cabin.

Cabin is nice but very close to a busy road. The traffic noise takes away from a cabin type feel. The hot springs are right across the road and that was nice. We were just in the cabin in the evening and to sleep. Location is good with the exception of the road proximity and the traffic noise.

Clean place

This place was over priced and there was NO customer service whatsoever. Olga gave us incorrect directions to the place. There was no signage in front. I had booked for 2 queen beds, but someone, either expedia or YSHSC changed my booking to a queen and bunk beds. When I called Olga to ask about it, after taking 7 hours to call me back, she claimed I chose cabin 1 I DID NOT!!! When I complained about her bad directions, she flippantly dismissed me with ' no one else complains' and ' you can use your nav system' THERE IS NO CELL SERVICE THERE. There was no daily maid service. We were expected to take out our own garbage. There was caulking oozing out of the walls. There was steel wool poked into holes in the walls. The beds were not at all comfortable. There were no easy access outlets by the queen bed. The mini fridge needs to be de frosted.
