The small number of guest rooms ensured a peaceful and uncrowded atmosphere throughout our stay. I was saddened that my child couldn't access the public bath due to safety regulations, but overall, the experience was excellent

The hotel exterior is clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated its quiet, non-crowded location. I would say the hotel is roughly equivalent to a 3-star property. The staff at the hot spring were exceptionally kind, and the bakery staff were also very friendly. Those two experiences genuinely made our stay more pleasant. There was a missing happy hour coupon at check-in, but since it is a complimentary service item, I understood and did not mind. However, I was very disappointed by the attitude of the breakfast restaurant staff on our final morning. We ordered three Western breakfast sets, and the granola yogurt bowls that were supposed to come with them were missing. When we pointed this out, one staff member brought only one bowl. When we explained that all three were missing, he apologized and then returned with only one more. If he realized they had been forgotten, it would have been natural to bring all three at once. I clarified that none of the yogurt bowls had been served at all, thinking there may have been some misunderstanding. Then a male staff member came over and insisted that he had already brought one earlier. We never received it. It also makes no sense to claim that only one bowl had been served for three breakfast sets. When I asked him to check again, he smirked. Mistakes can happen, and that would have been completely understandable. What made the experience upsetting was his dismissive attitude at that point. Since we were seated in clear view of the CCTV, I even suggested they verify it. At no point during this interaction did we raise our voices, show frustration aggressively, or make unreasonable demands. For him to insist repeatedly over something as minor as a yogurt bowl, while smirking as if we were being difficult, was both confusing and disrespectful. Up until yesterday, I had been recommending this hotel to others around me. After this experience, I regret doing so.

우라이마을 온천을 생각한다면 이 숙소를 추천합니다. 시내에서 택시나 자가용 이용한다면 가족이나 어르신 모시고 오시기에도 좋습니다. 우라이 마을 관광열차 구경하고 저녁 온천 이용했어요. 월요일은 대중탕이 오후1시부터 문을 열어 월요일 체크아웃이면 대중탕 이용이 어렵습니다. 오후2~5시까지 다이닝 시간으로 커피/차/맥주(종류 다양)와 프레첼 무료 제공해줍니다. 대만에서 머무른 호텔 중 가장 깔끔하고 깨끗했습니다. 사각 욕조로 크고 마음에 들었어요. 주위에 세븐일레븐이 있어 저녁 이용이 편하고, 조식 맛있고, 뷔페식으로 커피, 과일, 베이커리, 샐러드, 주스류도 있으니 꼭 드세요!
