The hotel is in a nice location, 600 meters from the train station, and you feel safe walking around this neighbourhood. There are many restaurants, department stores and convenience stores around. Many restaurants are open late at night, so easy to find places to have good food. The hotel was under renovation when we were staying and we needed to move to another room on the last night, so we stayed in both old and new rooms. The old room had some smoke odours, but everything else was fine. The new room was clean and no bad smell and the bath tubs were very nice. Hotel staff didnt speak English well, but they were very helpful and friendly. Except for the smoking smell in the old room, we had a great time staying at the hotel.

I had my worst hotel experience ever at this place. I arrived at the hotel at 2pm after a red eye flight and was told that I could only check in at 9pm. This was later than the norm and the hotel's check-in time was not indicated on the Agoda site but no issues. I left my luggage at the hotel and left to explore the city. I returned later and was told that the check in time was actually 10pm because it was a weekend and that the staff had made a mistake earlier. I was dead tired by then so I paid 5000won to check in earlier. In the room, I realise its a love hotel. (Ha ha...) A while later, I got a call from the reception and was told that there was another error. Even though I had booked the room for 2 nights, I had to check out the next day at 12pm and will only be able to check in at 9pm that night. I had booked the room for the NIGHTs only and therefore, was not allowed to be in the room from 12pm to 9pm. I came down to the reception to talk to the staff and was told that the error was my problem with Agoda and not their problem. I was to check out. The manager joined in the conversation a while later but instead of trying to solve the issue, she started SCREAMING at me within a few minutes. She even took my phone from my hands to prove to me that the conditions were stated in the Agoda site (it was not). We couldn't resolve it then so I returned to the room to wash up and rest I got a call from the reception at midnight. This time they wanted a 30,000won for a "consecutive night fee". This was the only way I could remain in my room without checking out. Absurd... I asked to cancel my 2nd night at the hotel instead. During this 2nd conversation, the manager screamed at me again, this time threatening to call the police on me. She was 100% unhelpful in this whole episode. Luckily, the staff finally agreed to let me cancel my 2nd night and refund what I've paid for the 2nd night. Appalling experience. Almost feel like it's out to cheat. Do not recommend

객실에 재떨이랑 라이타가 비치되어있어서 객실 문열면 공기청정기는 돌으가는데도 담배냄새가 나요. 침대시트도 좀 누런거같고 머리카락도 몇개보이고 위치도 신도림역이랑 가깝다고되어있었는데 도보로 10-11분걸리구요 그리고 주말 연박은 대실을 판매못해서 그런지 추가요금발생합니다. 아고다 상품판매페이지엔 그런문구가없었는데 체크인할때 이야기하세요 참고하세요 상품
