We booked a king room and arrived at approximately 4:15pm. Believe it or not none of the king rooms had yet been cleaned at this time. The woman at the desk without offering me another room told me it would be 5 minute wait and after 20 minutes I finally asked if there was a queen room available which she said it was. The room was subpar. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6am. We went down for breakfast at 7am and nothing was set up yet...they told us they were running behind. The eggs they served were like rubber and tasted as if they were left overs from the day before and just reheated. I could only eat yogurt because everything else was disgusting. Worse placed I've ever stayed!!!

Room was in good condition. However, my room was not cleaned on one day. Staff said they clean the rooms every other day unless requested. The only problem is no one told me that before check in. Had I known, I may have stayed at another hotel. Just my thoughts!

The staff was friendly and the hotel was nice overall. The issue was the cleanliness of the room. We had 2 queen beds and 1 of the beds had a sour and the other had hair in it. The front desk staff changed our room and actually brought the keys to our room. Again service was great just double check the rooms.
