Very nice accommodation, good size, good amenities. Only slight down point is walls in bedroom are so thin you can hear everything next door/outside. But overall extremely good value for money

No interaction with the host and no instructions to enter the property. Thanks to the three neighbors who helped us at 8pm to get in the property. I was expecting at least a letter drop from the host or a text message to check on us as we stayed for 5 nights. Not enough towels and the neighbor next door were a bunch of teenagers, they knocked at our door and told us that they have a Friday night party and would be noisy. It nice of them to give heads up but it got a bit too noisy at night and my little one couldn’t sleep. You can’t fault the location and Queenstown is beautiful as it is, so we had a great time despite the hiccups.

What you see in the picture is half of what you get. The garage is not part of the property. The room is the black piece only on the right. It is part of a house that is inhabited by teenagers. They partied all night drinking beer from a funnel. The language was atrocious and never stopped. The front of the property is the collection point for all of the surrounding properties recycle and rubbish bins. It looks absolutely awful. If you want a sleepless night in suburbia, miles from anywhere then this is for you. If you want an enjoyable and peaceful stay in nice surroundings, then give this property a very wide birth. It is dishonesty advertised and very disapointing. F minus is my rating of this property.

Landlord was very helpful when we asked him to swap the bed around prior to us arriving.

The property was very reasonably priced accommodation with a comfortable bed, modern self contained kitchen, washer and dryer, TV, strong WiFi, and free parking in a suburb of Queenstown. You do need a car to get to downtown Queenstown restaurants, shopping, and attractions easily. However, the suburban location was closer to more reasonably priced stores, restaurants, Arrowtown, and the airport. This property is highly desirable for a multiple night stay to access activities in the greater Queenstown area. There were only minor downsides to the condition of the property....a kitchen faucet that was not secure to the counter and a sofa that was hard. The disadvantage to booking the property was that there is no on site manager if there are any problems. Communication was emails through Orbitz to a property management firm who works business hours as we did not have local phone access. We booked only a day in advance of our stay and were very nervous about whether we would receive email communication about the lock box code before our arrival. Fortunately, we did receive an email in the afternoon before our arrival.
