Hotel Emit Shibuya

Great location! Not so far from the subway station, and close to shopping spots. The room was a bit small, but it was tolerable cause there are two beds. Bathroom is quite small, especially the shower space. It was okay to me, but my husband found some difficulties with the shower booth. But overall, it was nice to stay and I will stay again when I visit Tokyo.

It’s a hotel with an each room having a small single bed. Location is good. But the area is Shibuya is terrible. Can’t smoke anywhere. No decent bars. Shops are all anime crap and expensive.

시부야역에서 거리가있지만 불편한정도까진 아니였어요 직원분도 친절하시고 주변에 블루보틀도있고 멋진 카페, 칼하트,스투시 등등 브랜드들이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다

문의 사항이 많았음에도 불구하고 끝까지 친절하게 설명해주신 직원분들 덕분에 편안한 휴식이 되었습니다

I had a very bad experience when I arrived from a very long journey to the hotel, having pulled my suitcase up to the hill I felt exhausted, when reception asked me. for my passport, I said I don't feel. well. can you please give a cup. of. water, She refused to. give me. water she said I can but from the supermarket, I repeated I said I am feeling unwell I need cup. of tap. water, she said sorry they don't give water. I then told. her even Hitler told. the soldiers give them water if they asked for and said I couldn't beleive she can deny a cup of water, she then said OK and agve me a water! it's something I'd never forget! it should be illegal to deny a cup of water to customer who arrives to the reception desk. in fact is should be mandatory in a hot. country like Japan..
