Staff was responding at messages. It is a good Airbnb to stay, altho quite a walk between Okachimachi and Akihabara

I was very satisfied with this place. Although there was a minor power issue, the staff helped quickly. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and the subway, and near shopping areas. However, if you have large luggage and are staying on the third floor, you might have to walk up a bit as there's no elevator. The hotel's support team was very quick and enthusiastic in answering questions and providing assistance.

I made a reservation at this hotel but did not stay here. According to the policy, it was supposed to be handled as a no-show with a no-show fee. However, the hotel marked it as a completed stay, and the no-show fee that was clearly stated was not honored. They require guests to follow the cancellation policy, yet in my case, the policy was not applied consistently. Agoda was aware that I did not actually stay at this hotel, but they were unable to mediate or resolve the issue. I travel to Tokyo several times a year and regularly write about Tokyo travel. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking this hotel.
