Clean, safe, welcoming. Family of 5 with littles. This was their favourite stay.

Beautiful room, traditional with tatami mat.great size for our family of 4… towels were changed every day; beds were comfy, room was quiet; staff were very helpful. Microwave and refrigerator were a plus, did not need to use the stove, hot water kettle was useful! Restaurants nearby, close to Ikebukuro Station. Loved our 7 day stay, wished we could stay longer!

My daughter had fever and she was not able to move and get out of bed during the check-out time. The staff are are friendly and very accommodating. They allow us to stay for 2 more hours. Luckily, she felt better after that. So we can return to Canada as scheduled. Thank you Gina and everyone!

The staff were welcoming and friendly — such a nice first stop after our 14-hour flight. The room was incredibly spacious and very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We had a great stay, and it was very convenient to find restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend!

My wife, our three teenage kids, and I came from Los Angeles to spend Thanksgiving in Tokyo, and we had a great stay at MIMARU Tokyo Ikebukuro. This type of room is honestly our favorite, plenty of space and super comfortable for a family of five. The location couldn’t be more convenient, with easy access to food, shopping, and transportation. The staff were incredibly patient, friendly, and really thoughtful with their help, which made our stay even better. We loved the experience so much that we already booked another stay at one of their sister hotels near Tokyo Station. Highly recommended!
