Bon hôtel très sympathique avec parking. Le personnel était très gentil. Et ils nous ont prêté des parapluies.

1.providing one blanket a bed additionally. 2.it's quiet in night because not many guests, but the room's soundproof is so-so. 3.walk to JR station just for 5 min, very convenient. 4.it provides toast, boiled eggs, milk ,juice as breakfast, because its for free, so don't expect too much.

We were not a couple, but two friends travelling together. My booking stated non-smoking, quiet room with twin beds. In my vocabulary twin beds is 2 single beds in the same room. That is exactly what I wanted and had booked according to me. However we were given a room with a small double bed which was very disappointing. It was impossible to sleep under the blanket provided. Eventually the staff and I resolved the problem by getting another set of blankets, so that we could each sleep under our own blanket. The staff were very apologetic and went out of their way to help us. I do not blame the staff for this mistake, but feel Agoda misrepresented my boking. Twin beds is not a double bed. The breakfast that was included was good and the washing machine and drier in the basement was a bonus. The hotel is also situated very close to a good laundromat and within easy walking distance of Shingu Station.
