Great bar, great location and spectacular staff

Staff were great, courteous and helpful. The room was small, had NO STORAGE, was aimed at overnight customers. The bsthroom clean and functional but laid out by a child wasted space and impractical. Washbasin blocks entry and rain style shower head in wrong place. 2 star hotel in 4 star location. Overpriced. Would not recomend or revisit. There is more but nobody cares.

Room was very clean with some nice added treats. Popcorn and chips waters replaced daily. With Victoria Station in the basement it was SO easy to get around. The station itself has fun shops and restaurants. We had a few very minor issues that were addressed quickly anduchntinour satisfaction

Given the price, which is significantly lower than many hotels in the area, its not a terrible value. But this is no hidden gem. When I was dropped off in front, I pressed a button for the porter but no one showed up so I heaved my 50 pound suitcase up the flight stairs before someone opened the door and assisted me - with the top step. Breakfast was passable but the coffee tasted a bit tired and the room had an toilet paper dispenser in an ill-advised spot and a bathroom door that swung shut unassisted, not a deal breaker but annoying nonetheless. There were two NFL games on TV the picture quality was poor (the other channels were ok). Worst of all the bath towels smelled like glue.

Clermont Victoria exceeded my expectations. This is the serving time we stayed here. The location is fantastic, close to transportation, shops, and everything you might need. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and made the stay feel comfortable from start to finish. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. There’s also a wonderful restaurant right in the hotel, which made dining super convenient and surprisingly delicious, definitely a highlight of the stay. A great choice for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay in the area. I would absolutely return and recommend it to others!
