Glasses in room would have been nice . Three of us in room but only two slippers / gown

Great room and very friendly staff. Perfect location. We appreciated that we could leave our bags for a few hours both before check-in and after check-out at no extra cost. The only downside was that the door was very thin, and we were woken up by housekeeping knocking on other rooms at 08:50. Regardless, we would happily stay here again.

The Junior Suite was ‘tired’ in need of decoration. The shower overflowed due to being blocked and unable to flush the toilet at times. Although the room was clean the carpet was in need of a decent shampoo or even better replacing. Access to the property was restricted due to works being carried out directly outside the property, pavements all blocked off so had to walk on the road!! The only positive was the breakfast, a good range of choice. Not worth the expensive rate charged for this room and will not return!!

Excellent location in London. Clean rooms. Nice bath. There are some steps to get into the hotel that you need to be aware of.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geraeumig, das Fruehstuck war sehr reichhaltig und das Hotel liegt sehr zentral am Leicester Square, wo seit Mitte November immer ein Weihnachtsmarkt stattfindet.
