We stayed in Phoenix hotel in Zermatt for 4 nights. I really can’t think of anything negative. From the location to check in to our room and hotel cleanliness, the fabulous breakfast, the Swiss hospitality, all helped us have a flawless ski vacation in Zermatt. I have no doubt I would stay there again. Thank you to the staff especially Dennis and Lawrence. Everyday they were available to answer our questions and guide through our daily needs.

Came here on our honeymoon and wow did the staff make you feel like family and welcome. We got there and talked to the woman at the desk about our plans and she helped us reroute our trip to a way that made way more sense ! Woke up the next morning and she had a whole map highlighted and ready to go for us. We can’t wait to come back and visit. Truly phoenix hotel was amazing to us.

The desk staff was extremely helpful (ie power converter, 2 extra pillows, dinner choices) breakfast included. One think to remember going to and from Zermatt- gas vehicles such as private coach can only reach to town south of Zermatt, Tasch. So when leaving you need to talk the train 1 stop to reach your connection. Hotel was great
