Arrive at the property at around 7:30pm and nobody was there to check us in. We weren’t even sure if we were at the right place because the pension house number is different from the address. So we waited and waited until 8pm. I tried contacting the property through Agoda, but that was difficult because it was a chat bot. By the main road, there is a sign of the place and number so we called the number listed on the ad and got a hold of somebody. We waited another 20 minutes. Then finally someone came and open a room for us. The next morning as we were getting to take a shower, there was no hot water. I sent a message to the property but didn’t reply until late in the morning, he said he will check it in the morning. But he didn’t because the next day, still no hot water. Didn’t feel safe in this property because the door code is 1234 and someone at night was trying to open it twice and luckily we locked it from the inside so they were not able to get it. We brought all our staff when we go out because we’re afraid someone will get in and steal our stuff. Towels are tiny hand towels, so bring your own. No complimentary water. Utensils are basic but no spoons or forks. Bed was uncomfortable and bed cover smells. No flat sheet, just bed cover. Don’t waste your money on this property.

View is incredible, surrounded by mountain. The location is a bit far from town but the owner of the hotel called a van to pick up us to restaurant, and its free ! Quiet and very peaceful place to sleep, clean, and the hot water is nice. The owner is really nice and friendly. The ac can be both heater and air con, TV with a lot of channel, microwave, fridge, sink and stove. Really complete.
