Nice hotel , clean and tidy ,ample parking and good breakfast , near by gas station , chinese restaurant but receptionist are not friendly

Service no really good and feel like un-safe

no halal sign at the cafe and breakfast menu all from chinese menu.. im not familiar with all the food

There are not many options for accommodation near to the Second Link to Singapore. The reviews for this hotel seemed decent so decided to give it a try. Was given a small room with a tiny window and stained wall. The ELCB box was open and there was some wiring debris on the floor beside the door. The toilet cover came off when I lifted it up and the screws fell out. After I reported it, maintenance staff came to fix it. I wanted to change to another room but they insisted the cover would be fixed. But the cover came off again. They finally admitted that the actual maintenance personnel were not around and agreed to change my room. It took 25 minutes for another room to be ready. The replacement room was better. I feel that the hotel should not have given me a room in such poor condition in the first place.

Located in local neighborhood surrounding. Good place to stay if you are going to legoland (10 mins drive away).
