Rooms are basic but very clean, hotel is in good location. Breakfast was included in our deal, there was plenty of choice but quality of food wasn’t great. Ideal hotel if you’re looking for a cheap and cheerful break.

Lovely central hotel close to Harrogate City Centre Restaurants and Bars. Hotel was lovely and clean very nice. Would definitely come again

History oozes from the Old Swan as soon as you enter. You can just imagine Agatha Christie relaxing here as she took 11 days out of the spotlight. I booked two room, travelling with a teen daughter, and my only grumble was it was quite expensive with breakfast costing extra on top. Still a really nice venue n a beautiful town

Great grand Victorian Hotel close to the centre of Harrogate, but not noisy in the evenings.

The hotel is very pretty but inside it's a bit tired and a bit creaky.
