The room was nice, modern and clean. Seems like the hotel has been renovated lately. Upgrade to have a room with balcony facing the ocean is definitely worth it. There is a small beach right at the hotels ground floor and you can take beach chairs from the hotel. Lady at the reception is really nice! Restaurant option at the area are not the best and it was impossible to find breakfast, but there are markets really close to the hotel at the other side of the street. Hotels own restaurant has great option of drinks you can take to the beach. The service for eating at the restaurant was quite slow, but friendly staff. Taxi takes around 10-15 min to the old town and it was really easy to order uber and bolt to take you there. Easy to also use taxi to visit other beaches. Would recommend this hotel if you don’t mind being little bit outside the city.

Beautiful location right on the beach. It is a drive to Old town Split though so it depends on what you’re looking for. Perfect for our family to lounge on the beach, enjoy the food, and still take a day trip to Split. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again!

Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Rooms were clean and perfect for me and my two teenage sons. Restaurant on the bottom floor and the beach right out back. I loved the balcony facing the water! 15 minute uber ride to Old town Split and Klis Fortress. Grocery store 5 minute walk from hotel the kids loved:)

Schönes Hotel in Top Lage am Strand! Klimaanlage ist nur ein Gebläse, aber mit großem Fenster mit Meerblick ist alles gut. Das Restaurant im Hotel öffnet um 8.00 für Frühstück. Gerne wieder

Property is just perfect. Rooms, dining, swimming, are easily accessible. Parking is tricky but can be reserved. I would suggest reserving when you book the room. Use Whatsapp to communicate. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and water!
