B&B 비바 폼페이

The room was fine for a B & B, fairly basic, but clean and comfortable. It was a bit cold at night as the temperature over the Easter hols was typically cool at night and there was no heating in the room. The location is excellent, right in the centre of Pompei. The owner wanted us to pay 20 euros extra per night as she said we had only paid for 2 adults but our invoice clearly stated that we had paid for 3 adults so we refused, we contacted hotels.com and they confirmed that we had paid for 3 adults. Fortunately we didn't see the owner again.

Great location for visiting the Pompeii ruins. However, the rest was not so good. Upon arrival we were informed there was a pricing error and actually the price should have been an additional €150 more than the price paid. Even though we had booked months in advanced and spoken on the phone before hand, this was only mentioned at check-in. As we booked through ebookers, we advised Marinna that she would need to deal with them directly. Throughout our stay, we had no hot water (even though we had called and spoken to Marianna about this) nothing was done and no attempt to assist was seen to be made. We also received no breakfast on our second morning there, and no instructions to check out.

離火車站走路就可以到，巷子口外即是熱鬧的商店街，離龐貝古城入口也非常近。 房間內很乾淨，有免費的餅乾和咖啡機，住宿價位也非常便宜，值得推薦。

Disgusting customer service, unwelcoming accommodation and no towels!!!

Stayed 1 night, called owner from Naples train station to say on way at 4pm. Told her train arrived in pompei at 4.45pm which it did, found hotel by asking directions & got there by 5 pm. Called owner & told she would be there by 5.30pm. Waited on pavement until she arrived just before 6pm! Not happy as travelling since 9am that day. Told I had to check out 10am ( said 10.30 on website) still early seeing as check in is at 3 pm? Made to wait till 6 pm anyway due to no one there on arrival?! Room dark and dingy, not exactly like photos but only for a night! Wasn't impressed as I had read the good reviews. Personally I wouldn't stay again as better hotels for same price & probably better service. Near ruins is only positive aspect to my stay in pompai! I had paid via Expedia but owner not convinced I had & I had to wait in her office area whist she made some calls( booked weeks in advance by the way) in all poor service in my opinion, not guest friendly & wouldn't recommend after my experience. Go elsewhere unless your desperate. Breakfast was either a coffee or juice ( not both) & a coissoint, don't expect a feast!
