O hotel é pequeno mas excelente!!! Em tudo, quarto novinho, localização ótima funcionários gentis !! NOS SURPREENDEU

Stay Dates: Dec 16 – Dec 23, 2025 I spent 7 nights here and it was a massive mistake. This is not a 4-star experience. On day two, a t-shirt I left by my bed went missing. Whether stolen or lost by housekeeping, the staff was completely indifferent and refused to help. The low point was the management’s lack of empathy. My wife is pregnant and was struggling to sleep, so I requested two extra pillows. The manager actually argued with me, saying, “You already have four pillows. We cannot give more than four.” I had to explain my wife’s pregnancy just to get him to "try" to find one. We eventually got a single pillow. Being lectured on a "pillow limit" while my wife is in pain is pathetic for a hotel at this price point. The location is convenient to supermarkets, but the service is bottom-tier. After our 7th night, we moved to the Novotel Paris Centre Bercy. It’s also 4 stars and similarly priced, but the rooms and service there were vastly superior. Avoid this place—there are much better options in Paris that actually care about their guests.

Generously spaced and ultra clean room, personal handwritten note from the staff was a very nice gesture, lovely polished bathroom.
