The room was clean, warm and a very comfortable bed. Bit small but at Disney it’s about sleeping and having a shower and it was great for those. Nice bar area and not too noisy, our room was next door and we weren’t disturbed once. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good with hot and cold items and well restocked. You can’t take any bags, handbags etc into breakfast nor remove any food for later. Breakfast room / restaurant is separate from main hotel building. There is a small children’s zoo with pony, donkeys, sheep, goats etc. In the hotel the prices are a bit heavy but Val de Europe shopping centre is a €10 Uber ride away for shopping for snacks, soft drinks and Disney clothing in Primark and a lovely steak restaurant called Hippopotamus .

The staff were very unhelpful and ignorant towards my daughter’s disability. This made for a very stressful stay

Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble Navettes très pratiques Le petit déjeuner c’est l’usine : bondé, situation dans in bâtiment extérieur. Il faut sortir pour s’y rendre et la file d’attente est dehors également. Bcp de monde et peu de choix

Good variety but basic. Something for everyone. Beds comfy. Rooms clean and nice. Staff friendly and helpful. No complaints!
