The hotel is very well situated near the beach, as everything is very organised, all employees very nice and kind. Breakfast is wonderful. The room was very modern and comfortable.

For a 5-star hotel, needs some work. The rooms are bit dated but clean and there’s an unpleasant sewage smell from the toilets. Breakfast was decent with fresh juice options, but could be better for this level. The location offers a short walk to the beach, but unfortunately you pass through a very smelly garbage area. Not ideal for families with young children. Staff generally performed well, though the hotel was very busy during my stay. I had to ask multiple times to get my room made up on one occasion, which was disappointing. Despite these issues, I’d say this was still one of the best options in the Karon Beach area. There were excellent aspects to the stay that I’m taking for granted at this price point, but the hotel needs to address maintenance and consistency issues to truly earn its 5-star rating

This is not a 5 star property, it's also not really a resort. These guys have gamed the Google reviews with some agency submitting fake reviews and pictures which are modified. Please look at the pictures I am attaching since I stayed at this property, it's more like a 3 star property. The lobby and all common areas are nothing like the pictures show, it's small, not maintained, dirty and everything looks cheap. As soon as we entered we knew we have been cheated for the kind of money they charge, and you will feel the same if you still go ahead and book the place. The staff was great though, specifically Shishir in the restaurant, and Sid at the front desk. Very helpful and accommodating. The room was also pretty decent
