We were two couples staying at your hotel for six nights, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
When we arrived, we had booked two rooms and requested that they be on the same floor. This was not arranged, and the check-in process was frustrating. The lady at the reception who handled our check-in was not friendly and showed little willingness to help, which gave a very poor first impression.
The biggest issue was cleanliness. Both rooms were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There was mold in the shower, spider webs, dust on furniture, and hair and soap residue from previous guests. Toiletries were missing, and we had to ask for them. The hotel overall looked old and neglected, and the lobby toilets were in a terrible state. One stall had stains on the wall that were never cleaned during our entire stay, even though cleaning staff were present. I even saw a cleaner sitting inside the ladies’ restroom talking on the phone instead of working.
The only positive was the breakfast, which was good overall, although eggs and bacon were either overcooked or undercooked.
Overall, the service and cleanliness were far below Hilton standards. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements.
I recently stayed at your hotel in London for six nights, and I would like to share my feedback.
We had booked two rooms and requested that they be on the same floor. Check-in time was 3:00 PM, but when we arrived, only one room was ready. We were asked to wait for 15 minutes, but after 20 minutes the second room was still not prepared. We were then told that we could not expect the room to be ready at the check-in time because of our request for rooms on the same floor. After waiting another 30 minutes, we accepted two rooms on separate floors so we could start our holiday.
Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms was disappointing. They were not properly cleaned. There was pink and black mold in the shower, spider webs in the room, and a lot of dust on furniture and surfaces. The shower was so dirty that I had to wear slippers to stand in it, as the floor had hair and soap residue from previous guests. Basic toiletries were missing, and we had to request them ourselves. Overall, the rooms seemed old and poorly maintained, with very little space to move around with two suitcases.
The cleanliness issues were also visible in public areas. The toilets in the lobby were very dirty. There were fecal stains on the wall in one stall that remained for my entire stay, even though cleaning staff were present. I also noticed a member of the cleaning staff sitting on a sofa inside the ladies’ restroom, talking on the phone, and not actively working. She had cleaning equipment, so I ass
