We discovered this property last year and liked it better than ***, however, the facility which is now more than 10 years old, seems to be in need of renovation, or at least a bit more attention from management. In addition to some small issues, which add up and diminished the value of our stay, no coat hooks, at the entrance, coat hanger and cutlery, do not disturb sign missing, no possibility to switch off the AC (only 4 positions to lower or increase ventilation), security keylock at one of the elevators not working, we didn't like the twin bedded room assigned on check-in since we had requested a daouble, but rception told us day after day again that that they didn't have one available and they were fully booked, even though double rooms were available according to their CRS if a new booking was made.... So all in all a disappointing experience and we better check out *** again next time.

Nice modern apartment, but much smaller than expected; in fact about the same size as regular hotel room in Paris. Only plus is kitchenette, but comfort was compromised by climate control not working. Too hot in the room and too loud outside to open the window. Furthermore, lack of coat hooks and changers (especially for women) but overall value for money is good at location offered in new neighbourhoud at just a few metro stops from Gare de Lyon and 1 stop on RER from Austerlitz.

The place were located near metro station about 5 min walk. We arrive at night about 11pm but it was very quick check in. Not to mention nice hospitality from mr mehmet ali. Nice person show us all facility. Really make a good impression on our visit and stay in hotel and paris in general.
