Everything was pure perfection… from the cleanliness of the hotel and room to staff member and all the accommodations.

One of, if not, the best hotel I have ever stayed. The staff was wonderful: professional, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing. The spa services excellent. Many dining options both in the hotel and downstairs in the marina. The beach next to the hotel was incredibly beautiful. Just an excellent stay. Definitely going back.

Il est rare d'avoir un service hotelier de ce niveau en Israel, donc bravo ! J'enlève une étoile car je ne comprends pas pourquoi la chambre est affichée à 50m2 alors qu'elle ne dépasse pas les 30.

Pros: Location with Many Restaurants close by - walking . Real good ! Room was nice and big and their Gym is great Cons: The hotel is a religious hotel. You be shocked over weekend is like religious praying everywhere and even room service is not available. Only take out from their restaurant. Luckily many options to eat around. - Pool on weekend summer - forget it . Like a baby pool I would not even dare to get it..or get some lap swim. forget it I cant compare it to the Kempinski pool which was so much better Pool is also small. - beach just ok - close by. But could not swim due to black flags - Staff - Not well trained. too many not Ritz like mistakes. They never answer the phone right away which was more than once. Seems like not enough staff. Also ball men and getting car take too long. Not good Their manager tries, but their staff not well trained and not Ritz like service one expects . - mostly in summer - not worth it in my opinion. The religious take over in Shabbat all over and it is not pleasant in lobby and in pool. - Their Breakfast is ok. Repetitive and expensive. - Spa Massage is Ok. Compare to other top 5 hotels - Below the competition I would rate it 7/10

We had an exceptional stay! The hotel is spotless, the service is outstanding, and the staff goes above and beyond. For my birthday, I was treated to lovely surprises and thoughtful gifts. Thank you for this unforgettable experience — I highly recommend this hotel!
