First time staying in this hotel. It was OK. The water pressure for shower was just crap. The water just trickled out the shower head. The matteress was hard and uncomfortable. There was not enough milk cartoons to make a hot cuppa unless you like it strong. You had to use the card to access everything the lifts and the electrics in the room. The wallpaper was coming away from the walls. The Positives was the toiletries provided in the room which was of a DOVE brand and the room was warm through the night. It was quiet but we was on the 6th floor. I don't think I would book to stay here again.

Great stay at the Holiday inn Kenilworth. Staff were friendly and helpful - breakfast was a little chaotic but fine with a good choice of food. Top tip - if the coffee machines aren't working in the restraint use the one in the lobby area.

The hotel itself was ok. I have stayed in worse. However nothing worked. My kettle did not work and I had to get a new one at reception. My keys to my room did not work and I had to get them reactivated at reception, the tv worked but had no channels on them. We are in the restaurant and ordered a 3 course meal. I ordered and paid for it, waited 40 minutes for them to tell me that they did not have what I ordered so I had to order something else. All in all me and my family waited for 2 hours to have our 3 course meal
