What's the main reasons I book this hotel was for the use of the lovely swimming pool. I was not warned in advance that the swimming pool was closed for the duration of my stay. There was some difficulties with having a full breakfast because of a full hotel. Otherwise, as usual a great luxury hotel

Comfortable room although the bathroom was a little dated. The swimming pool was a nice benefit. A very handy location for walking into Stratford upon Avon. The only disappointment was being required to pay £7 to park the car

We didn’t stay at the hotel in this occasion!!! We had to cancel the booking due to adverse weather conditions and were unable to transfer the booking or claim our money back.

Fabulous hotel just a short walk from the town center. Staff very helpful and polite. Even got an upgrade to a deluxe room which made our stay perfect.
