Vista privilegiada, si buscas tranquilidad este es el lugar ya que está alejado del centro de las fiestas. Personal súper agradable, servicio las 24 horas en el "front desk". Muy buen desayuno. Creo que el establecimiento debe prestarle un poco de atención a la limpieza y detalles del cuarto, ejemplo el "hot tub" no funcionaba a capacidad, solo era una tina de agua caliente. Las sábanas y toallas estaban limpias pero los colchones estaban manchados.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und Sanierungsbedürftig. Die Lage der Hotel Anlage ist hervorragend.

I paid $700/per night in August 2021 for a suite with a hot tub and private pool. The pool was filthy with hoses coming out when we first checked in. No patio furniture. Maintenance man all over the property fixing pools. Semi private fence around pool. A/C broke 3 times, moving us 3 times. 1 iron in the hotel. Order your food day before only. NO INTERNET. Electric goes out every 30 minutes. Main pool is disgusting. The bartender was the only nice thing about the hotel. Save yourself money and aggravation. Very bad choice of a 5 star hotel!!!

I was very upset and disappointed when I arrived at the hotel....the pictures were deceiving and the property had only recently opened up and under works. This was my honeymoon and the money I paid for was no way worth it. The only thing that kept me sane was the staff and service. This holiday was definately mis sold!!

Amazing place! The staff is super friendly and the rooms are beautiful with view on the water! I enjoy the sunset from my balcony. I will definitely come back next year and stay in the same room!
