Property was great; clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks. Had our sons with their kids and they all enjoyed their stay. Looking forward to our next stay next year…..

The room was spotless, the staff was great in providing anything I needed, the amenities like the kiddies pool and jacuzzi were perfect for my husband and kids, just wished the jacuzzi was a little bigger. Breakfast was free since it was included in our stay but I’d have to say the experience was okay could've been better, it was very crowded and there were hardly any tables available to sit and eat luckily we found one and it took about a good 5-10 minutes wait in line just to get an omelette. Other than the breakfast we had that morning our stay was wonderful. I would go back again to embassy Hilton if I could.

Housekeeping came so late in the day never had our bed made once..had to call for towels several times...the breakfast ran out of fruit before 9am a couple of days...was almost $4000 for 4 nights and not even close to the ocean

The room was dusty and not properly cleaned when we checked in. I had to wipe surfaces myself with sanitizing wipes. We checked in as a family of four, yet the room and amenities were consistently stocked for only two guests. On day one, I requested that towels, water, and other amenities be replenished daily for four people, along with daily housekeeping. Despite this request, every afternoon we returned to the room to find only 2–3 towels and just two water bottles. Housekeeping cleaned the room only once during our stay. I had to go to the front desk repeatedly, where staff seemed surprised—even though there was a note indicating daily housekeeping. On our last day, I was unable to take a morning shower because towel delivery took an excessive amount of time. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, consistency, and follow-through significantly affected our stay.
