Staff was very courteous and helpful. I accidentally dropped my passport at the lobby, they called me as soon as they discovered it so that I would not be overly panicking.

The location of the hotel is very good if you want to stay in Silom area. There is a BTS station right next to the hotel which is important in Bangkok to be able to move around easily. Also 7/11 right next to the hotel. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Check the alley behind the hotel for good food spots, I found it by accident. The hotel itself is quite basic but the location is great. The rooftop pool is nice for sunbathing but there was only two sunbeds so they were mostly taken.

Upon arrival, I was disgusted to find bedbugs in my room. I didn’t even stay there, even after being relocated to another room without toilet paper. Beware! Expedia was not helpful at all.
