Staff is very eager to please. Elena let me check in my room early so I could rest after my flight. Room was clean; sheets were soft and had no strong smell, bathroom had a working bidet and drain. Breakfast had great coffee and custom eggs. They arranged transpo for me to the airport at 6AM and even gave me a breakfast bag!

Please be aware before you book! There's been some change in name/ownership and Agoda/Hotel have not updated this and still allows you to book this hotel. Please avoid!

I look forward to use of spa and looftop bar but can not use..bcuz of hotel reorganization was sad but I was impressed of staffs good attitude and service, smiling so I will come again
