We had a lovely stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bath. The location is excellent — right in the centre and within easy walking distance of the main attractions, shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well presented, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Parking next door was convenient, although a little pricey. Overall, a great base for exploring Bath and we’d happily stay again.

I had high hopes from this place but it wasn’t worth it. The room was okay. There was some construction going on due to which the water supply got disrupted and none of the staff informed us about that. We couldn’t use the shower and only hot water was running in the wash basin. But what I disliked the most is their reluctant behaviour when we asked for help. They never once said sorry.

Stayed for 3 nights in December, found the hotel more than adequate for what we wanted. Great location for the centre of Bath, nice clean room . Great shower.

Good place with good breakfast. But for the price, would have liked a slightly bigger room, and definitely would expect parking to be included which you need to pay separately (£18 for a day). For that reason, I'm talking one star.
