-staff was strict about 3pm check-in; even at 250pm I was told to wait, even though the hotel was completely empty
-only one elevator in the annex rooms; during peak meal times and check-out, you'd have to wait 15+minutes

26.04.05Room is huge but old carpet makes the room very budgety feel. We got too tired from road trip and missed the timing to enjoy Onsen, which we felt was also too early to close (at 9am). Unfortunately one of the bed we got was overly soft and sunk in.
The buffet dinner and breakfast saved the stay experience. We had hearty and delicious meals there.
