The room was very comfortable and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helped me when I forgot my items back in the room when I had already checked out.

Very dated room in need of a refurb & a proper clean Bed clean & comfortable but windows, frames & skirting boards very dirty The room we had was also extremely noisy, you could here everything outside

We have been staying at this hotel on and off for over 10 years .we can see a massive deterioration. For example. No dressing gown.no slippers ..we always had them ...bathrooms : probably need upgrade. Due to windows age ..i can see reason for the windows being bolted shut but there isnt any air in the room . Staff are very friendly. Breakfast...all fried ... variety not as it was .very poor We will probably book another hotel next year.
