I booked with breakfast but was not included and rate is very expensive for 3 and no breakfast

Celebrated my dad’s milestone birthday with our whole family at Okada. Guest services and all the staff were fantastic - upgraded my dad’s room, set up a birthday banner and had a small cake for him during check in. All the staff were very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. Rooms were exceptional - very clean and nice.

Had a wonderful time spent in this hotel. The only hiccup was they did not notify us when the room was ready. We checked in at 1:30 pm but they said the room was not ready and they were going to text or email us. Never came. We had to go back and inquire. The facilities are excellent.
