We really enjoy staying at this hotel. Staff provide excellent client service and the amenities are very nice. Location is fantastic - right above the Metro station with great shopping and restaurants options a quick walk away in every direction. Highly recommend upgrading to a Premier floor and taking the buffet breakfast option. Wonderful hotel!
Das Premier CABIN PRESIDENT Osaka überzeugt vor allem durch seine Top-Lage mit direktem Metrozugang und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Besonders empfehlenswert sind die Premium Zimmer in den höheren Etagen, da man damit kostenlosen Zugang zur Lounge hat, die wirklich hervorragend war. Auch die Mitarbeitenden waren durchweg sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Hotelausstattung hat mir ebenfalls sehr gefallen: Waschmaschinen, Eismaschine sowie eine große Auswahl an kostenlosen Tees und Pflegeprodukten in der Lobby sind ein echtes Plus. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber, allerdings waren an den Wänden einige Flecken sichtbar.
Das Frühstück war eher enttäuschend. Es ist stark asiatisch ausgerichtet, die Wartezeiten waren lang, die Atmosphäre ungemütlich und für Vegetarier gab es nur sehr eingeschränkte Auswahl. Geschmacklich war es in Ordnung, aber insgesamt nicht überzeugend.
Fazit: Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit idealer Lage und tollen Extras, allerdings würde ich es beim nächsten Mal ohne Frühstück buchen.
The room was fantastic and spacious, the bed was super comfortable. The location of this hotel is also excellent being right outside a subway entrance - it can't get any better then that. The rooms are equipped with many great amenities like a coffee machine, phone charger, complimentary drinks, teas, etc - which was appreciated. If I return to Osaka this would be my hotel of choice.
Great staff and room, great buffet breakfast for the price
Location is good - close to railway station and there is a local market street and a local super market within 3 minutes walk.
Excellent service - very thoughtful for the clients by providing suncream and varieties of other cosmetics samples.
The room and the bathroom are spotless clean
