Slightly disappointed in drinks and food as there was no drinks or food available but it was to be expected due to another hotel chain had just taken over the accommodation and they did explain it would be sorted in the coming week. But apart from that we had a comfortable stay and it was at a reasonable price

No hand towels. One light in the bedroom and one in the bathroom did not work. Mattress is getting old and you can feel the springs. 3rd time this has happened. Only 3 cushions for the bed. Not ideal when there are 2 people!! General outside/structural condition of the hotel is very shabby and needs a thorough clean. Rain water leaking from drain pipes making outside stairs dangerous. Why do we have to pay for parking when we are staying at the hotel???? Never ever had to do this anywhere in the world during my 40+ years of travelling on business any where in the World!! Good point, bedroom was clean:)

Ideal for a one night stay after watching a gig, ultimately get what you pay for. If you want a place to get your head down that’s great but not somewhere to spend anytime in. It’s cheap for a reason and serves a purpose

A big thank you to the staff for being welcoming and always having a smile. Although the beds were very uncomfortable, we stayed for two nights to visit family, thus the location and price were all we needed.

Worst stay, rude staff, dirty room, uncomfortable beds, scruffy exterior, shower didn’t work. We left early in the morning as we didn’t want to stay a minute longer
