I booked this hotel (using the “pay at the hotel” option) because it seemed quite good for the price — although you can probably find a better hotel for the same rate. I messaged them to let them know we’d be arriving very late due to delays at the Vietnam–Cambodia border (it was a holiday in Cambodia), but they insisted they never received my message.
When we arrived, they told us they had canceled our reservation but offered to move us to their other hotel just across the street — so what could we do but say yes? We moved to that hotel, but honestly, the facilities were disappointing. The AC wasn’t working, the TELEPHONE was dead, and the ELEVATOR was so old it made a loud screeching sound every time it moved.
Important note: This is not a safe place for solo female travelers, or even for groups. I’m referring to the other hotel they transferred us to, not this one.
So if you don’t want your reservation to be canceled and end up being transferred to a not-so-good (and possibly unsafe) hotel, I recommend choosing the “Pay Now” option instead.

First of all, they didn’t have all of three rooms that we have booked since September by they informed that all that 3 rooms were air conditioning not working by let us stayed somewhere near their hotel and the hotel that we stayed didn’t has name on any google map or other booking platform and they provided us a terrible bathroom and the elevator is not working properly and the staff of C Central talking to us isn’t gave us the respected too.

Firstly I’m booking this hotel call c central but when I arrived there the staff say that our room aircondition are broke and they change me and my friend to another hotel called DDA hotel the hotel is very dirty , bathroom broke very hard to shower MOST IMPORNTANT IS I found a women privacy hair OMG and second day i decided to check-out they say agoda will refund me the amount i hope agoda please take action on this condition thankyou

Okay location but they gave us different room from the posted photo. Room is not well cleaned, we saw empty bottles behind the bed. The location is near on all famous places, but it's noisy in the night since its located near Bui Vien Street. They can still improve the amenities. The staff is approachable and nice. Thank you!

For young people is fine or if you like to Party. Was too loud for me. Many restaurants, bars, streetfood ect. around the area
