Nice, clean, compact rooms with decent sized shower.
Breakfast is good. Nice coffee.
The location is very good - not on a busy road, but it is incredibly steep, so anyone with mobility issues would have to get a taxi to the garage beneath the hotel where there's lift access.
There's a very large convenience store on Kimberley Road, a 1 min walk from the hotel and there's plenty of cafes and restaurants very close by.
Very friendly staff - one younger chap advised a few local bars close by and they were great.
I'd stay again.

Das Zimmer war sauber und alles war in Ordnung. Aber als erstes haben wir die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet. 18 Grad Innentemperatur muss nicht sein.
Im Gang und im Frühstücksraumwar es besser eine Jacke anzuhaben
Good hotel located in a good area, close to everything you will need. It has 13 floors
The hotel is in a very calm street with few to no cars passing, hence very quiet.
The room are nice, good size for Hong Kong and good ratio price/quality
Bed are confortable, bathroom is good.
Breakfast is nice.
A sky terrace available on the roof which has some sunbeds and give a view over Hong Kong from the 14th level (roof)
Things that can be improved will be the TV in the room as it is very old sharp model and hence no airplay / mirroring available. Hence TV are stick to the wall and no possibility to access HDMI port easily if you need to connect a device to the tv.
Breakfast orange juice is more water with an orange flavor and a fake orange flavor. Probably a commercial orange juice product low quality. This doesn’t match the rest of the breakfast buffet which is way better quality than this orange juice product.
As well on breakfast, some dishes signs are wrong. I see 4 days the same « yam, taro, peanut stick » sticks while the content was always different everyday. Hence for foreigners people as me, not sure what was the real content. I needed to ask the breakfast staff everyday. This can create unnecessary problem for people with allergy or intolerance which might mistake the product inside as it doesn’t match the product sign
