We bought 2 rooms for a night. The first room smelled strong of cigarette smoke. My clothes and luggage all smelled like smoke when i got home. It was impossible to sleep because this room was near the stairwell and people were stomping up and down the stairs all night long. People were yelling. The microwave did not work. The second room had a huge crack in the tv and the air conditioner didn't work properly. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Both rooms had dated furniture, bedding, lamps, and decor. We felt very uncomfortable staying here. We didn't feel clean or safe. We will not stay at this hotel ever again. Needs repairs, cleaning, and updating. Very noisy hotel at night. Hallways smelled bad.

We arrived at 2AM so we were tired and just wanted sleep. We were put on the 4th floor and as soon as we stepped out of the elevator we smelled marijuana. The carpet was filthy and torn. We opened the door and the AC unit was off so it was very hot. I went to turn it on and the grate was rusted and smashed in but it still functioned. The closet door handle was falling off. The desk and bedside table is scratched up and everything is outdated and stained. If I wasn’t desperate for sleep we would’ve left. The bed was comfortable but when I woke up I could see stains all over the sheets and pillows. We had to leave at 5:30AM so we quickly got our stuff together and it was then I noticed bugs crawling on the wall! I will include a picture if I can, of what I believe I’ve identified as a roach!!! Do not stay here! It is disgusting!

Our door did not lock so we had to change rooms after settling in. The ice machine did not work and we needed it. I have to check the website but I am pretty sure it was supposed to provide breakfast and there was none. Smell is weed in the building.

No breakfast. Some travel sites picture a free breakfast listed and pictures of cafe. Booked on your site since cheaper but your site does not list or picture breakfast. Got there and do not offer breakfast and they know that still shows from when they did. Would not do anything to compensete. Told have to live with it, not their problem.
